"F.E.A.R 2 Project Origin"




F.E.A.R. is a paranormal action thriller presented entirely in first person, an unprecedented adrenaline rush of close quarters combat seamlessly melded with the spine-tingling, shocking intensity of the unknown.

F.E.A.R. Extraction Point kicks off where the original game ended – with a bang. The First Encounter Assault Recon Team (F.E.A.R.) returns to battle the now free Alma and her paranormal minions (slavish followers) across a destroyed city. New locations, weaponry and enemies combine to take the F.E.A.R. franchise to new levels of action and suspense.

Developed by TimeGate Studios in conjunction with Monolith Productions, F.E.A.R. Extraction Point is an intense first person close-quarters combat experience that expands and continues the rich atmosphere and engaging, paranormal horror storyline first unleashed in F.E.A.R.

My favourite thriller games are WillRock, Retun to Castle Wolfenstein, Oblivion, pain killer, Doom 3, but F.E.A.R has become my favourite of favourites. When I first started playing FEAR-1,I started to like the A.I (Artificial Intelligence)in the game and now F.E.A.R 2 Project Origin its really not for the weak heart for its ambience...coz It's scary & It's intense. Its a first person shooter after a few minutes of game play, gives you the real feel of Thrill that makes you watch every step you take. Keeping your pace although you reload with that sweat gripped with FEAR. Every level of the game makes you want to know what happens next, you wanted to sleep after completing the level,and only during that time the game takes your nerve, becomes a lil hard to complete that stage and for once you nerve wreck your keyboard to complete that stage and promise yourself that you would go to sleep after 10Hrs of play trying 2 release your finger from the triger(Left Mouse)which is constantly craving for clicks...unfortunately the level you complete continues with a video that takes you back to the Realm of your seat with a new Dimension once again in to the game,turning you to crave to your addiction even more with the game,when the game play is so...the sound effects on the other would make you feel as though youve haunted by the game itself.Your eyes start to gleam at your monitor in a fixed daze and you start the next level as if you had just started to play."FEAR JUST ROCKS"



This is a feel of how the Game starts; the fonts are blood smears that blot on a withered yard which mystifies the player to get the eerie feel from the beginning. It’s like watching a typical Horror Movie


The Theme Music itself adds more fuel to the game,the Trait, the twilight that fades to Realm of the darkest horizon that grips your shell from within


Feel her Grudge against her enemies when you walk further following her blood trail which was soaked on her foot steps.



The Prelude that you are about to follow is just at the end of the road & you start to walk with premonition (forewarning) just follow her & jump in to the hollow…



The next thing is a freezer to shake your anxiety a lil, You come back to reality, R.Jankowski your team mate looks in to you.



Now here’s your Team getting ready to move forward for the mission. Just relax & look around. You have time to get moving.



"You have been called for an assignment to assist an SFOD-D (Special Forces Operational Detachment – Delta) mission in the Auburn Industrial District. Your new orders are to proceed to the private residence of Genevieve Aristide of Armacham Technology Corporation and take her into protective custody. “You are sent with an elite team of soldiers to uncover the mystery behind the mission original F.E.A.R.



You and your partner will get a radio feed from there that the team is going to shortly reassemble.



Walk through the cafe, and bust through the door. You have enough light so no need of flashlight here. The A.I of the game is so Intense that your flash light may caution your enemies to take cover or shoot at sight, so it’s better for giving a surprise rather than taking one, by turning off your flash light unless it’s too dark. Also try to collect all the Health & ammunitions after a combat victory, before heading on to the next level. For some reason the slow-motion move (Left-Ctrl) by default does not get activated initially. Try to use the max out of it while battling with more soldiers, as you move on so as not to lose your protective Shield. Ok head on to the corridor which leads to a staircase. Jump down…


Proceed to the next room through the old dark plumbing room & Jankowski follows you. You’ll find Griffin opening the shutter for you guys as you pass through… he closes the shutter behind to quickly run inside …


…to rejoin the crew and investigate the scene. After a little conversation Griffin gives the orders & takes the lead with Keegan & Stokes followed by you ( Becket ) leaving Jankowski & Fox behind. Stokes operates the switch for the Lift…for a surprise attack were Keegan get shot.



So leaving behind Griffin & Fox to the rescue of Keegan, acquiring ammo from the dead inside the lift, you proceed with Stokes. Not good for Keegan but he would survive.



Getting on a floor above you’ll be attacked by a trio, Shoot them and acquire ammos before heading outside. This outdoor courtyard is also crawling with adversaries. Most of them will come from the balconies in front of you and jump down. Try to eliminate as many as possible before they jump. Make use of the use key (E) to tilt the tables to take cover so after eliminating all the enemies & when all is quiet, find ammunition lying around and heal yourself if being shot with health syringe lying over a crate. Move across the courtyard to meet up with your partner, but before following her through the door, be sure to keep an eye out for another piece of Intel, which communicates over Data net.



Enter inside, to pick up Intel to receive the message. The helicopter would start shooting-through-windows so start running to grab the body armor run further to an other room with a sliding glass door leading outside, and find a table with four sofa chairs in the center of the room. Examine the table to find a piece of Intel.



What’s this? You'll have to hop over a railing to proceed through a box-filled corridor. Be sure to grab all sorts of goods as you go, collect the ever-valuable body armor. When you begin to emerge in a large hall filled with Chinese antiques, head-on for the first gunfight of the game.



Shattered Porcelain on the floor& bullet blisters on walls makes the room disturbed with lying corpse. Get to the plumber room with boxes & find a chopper that release a couple of gun fighters who starts pouring bullets @ you as soon as they land, deal with them first hiding behind the staircase that has a tree which shed leaves & later gun down few more soldiers taking cover.


You get a chance to waste more ammo with few more of the soldiers inside the kitchen
